		<description>After seeing the excellent "how-to-video" I am convinced. But it must go as a Main Dish as 3 pieces of rugbrød (+ crutons) will fill out your stomach for a couple of hours. 

Which would you suggest?

Btw. the whole Video-thing is fantastic. I was smiling throughout the 2.55 min it lasted. I'd wish though that you threw in a headshot of the italian chef :o)

		<description>This is my favorite. Believe me it taste absolutely fantastic. The bread is toasted and crispy and together with the prawn and the green ... it is to good. Cant describe it well enough. I will recommend and other name.</description>
